Arianna Atkins – Partner

Arianna Atkins is an Ohio family law attorney representing clients in Columbus, Ohio as well as throughout Central and Northeastern Ohio. With more than fifteen years of experience, she focuses on high-asset divorce, complex property division, high income support calculations, and high-conflict custody litigation involving business owners, executives and other high-income professionals.

Ms. Atkins regularly handles sophisticated financial matters, including closely held business interests, restricted stock units (RSUs), executive compensation, fluctuating income calculations for support, and significant separate property claims. She also represents parents and grandparents seeking custody or visitation rights, step-parents in adoption matters, and manages interstate and international parenting matters requiring careful jurisdictional planning.

Raised in Portage County, Ohio, Ms. Atkins earned dual undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University and graduated magna cum laude from The University of Toledo College of Law in 2010. She has devoted her career exclusively to family law and domestic relations, handling hundreds of cases across Ohio trial courts.
